How Does Portugal's Film Tax Incentive Work?
Portugal offers a cash rebate of 25% on qualifying production expenditure, with an enhanced rate of 30% for productions that film primarily outside the Lisbon and Porto metropolitan areas. The program is administered by the ICA (Instituto do Cinema e Audiovisual).
